Flash terms
Booking
A Flash session is booked by paying through the link sent by Studio Landlord. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms. The booking is in the client's name: a name, company and a phone number reachable on the day are required. ID may be requested.
Card hold
A €500 card hold is taken at booking. It is not charged. It is released within 48 hours of the session, once check-out is complete. In the event of damage, extra cleaning or overtime, the corresponding amount is charged against the hold, with supporting evidence, up to the amount held; anything above that is invoiced.
Access
The lockbox code is sent the day before to the number provided. It is personal and must not be shared. The client is responsible for closing the studio when leaving: door, windows, lights, electrical equipment.
Check-in and check-out
On arrival, the client photographs the stage and reports any existing damage by email or WhatsApp before starting. Otherwise the stage is deemed to have been in good condition. On leaving, the client sends photos of the stage as they leave it. Studio Landlord carries out its inspection within 48 hours.
Liability
During the session, the client is responsible for the stage, its equipment, their own gear and the people they bring in. Damage to the stage, the building or third parties is the client's responsibility. Studio Landlord cannot be held responsible for belongings left on site. The client confirms that they hold, where applicable, public liability insurance covering their activity.
Use
The stage must be returned as found. Confetti, glitter, powder, liquids, smoke and anything that marks the floor are prohibited. High-power continuous lights (HMIs and similar): €40 excl. VAT energy fee, to be declared when booking. Extra cleaning: €60 excl. VAT. The stage may not be sublet or used for an event.
Cancellation and rescheduling
The session is non-refundable. It can be moved once to another Flash slot if requested before the session starts. If access is not possible for reasons attributable to Studio Landlord, the session is refunded in full.
Prices excl. VAT. These terms apply to Flash sessions only; full-day bookings and events are quoted separately.
